  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products

  • All weights, measures, and quantities are approximate

Pricing:

  • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Special pricing for bulk orders may be negotiated separately
  • Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, taxes, or other fees unless explicitly stated

Product Quality:

  • We guarantee that all products meet applicable quality and safety standards
  • Products are sourced from reputable suppliers and manufacturers
  • Certificates of analysis or compliance documents available upon request
  • We comply with UAE and international food safety regulations

3. Orders and Payments

Placing Orders:

  • Orders can be placed through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email
  • Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products

Payment Terms:

International Shipping:

  • Shipments may be subject to inspection and delays at customs

Delivery:

  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery

  • Sign delivery documents with notes if damage is visible
  • Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may affect your ability to claim

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without consent
  • This obligation survives termination of our business relationship

Exceptions:

  • Information that is publicly available

12. Dispute Resolution

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement:
